Usage
lembaResolves a European Legislation Identifier (ELI) to the permalink in the EUR-Lex database by prepending http://data.europa.eu/eli/
This template uses {{Catalog lookup link}} as its base. It supports a list of up to 9 ELI codes. It may be used in the id=
parameter of Citation Style 1/{{Citation}}. The parameter leadout=
can be used for to add a conjunction to the final number in the list. For example:
{{ELI|dir/2000/60/oj|reg/2013/216/oj|dec/2009/496|leadout=and}}
produces:
ELI dir/2000/60/oj, reg/2013/216/oj and dec/2009/496
TO DO:
- Get proper ELI format: is
/eli/
prefix required? (High priority) - International legal citation template similar to {{Cite court}} and {{Citation}} (Medium priority).
- Add support for language and format choice (Low priority).

- Decisions: typedoc either dec or dec_impl or dec_del
Examples:

- http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2009/496/oj
- http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2009/496 (provides access to the most recent consolidated version of this act, if it exists)
Please note that, although the link contains the data.europa.eu domain, the returned page will be a EUR-Lex document or search result.
At EU level, ELIs are assigned to a wide range of legislation published in the L series (regulations, directives, decisions) of the Official Journal of the European Union and to consolidated acts.
