Further information
lembaOnce an IP has been warned/blocked a few times, it is usually a good idea to add a header to the IP's talkpage, which identifies the WHOIS information. This info can be obtained by clicking on the "WHOIS" link in the talkpage footer, and reviewing the related information. Sometimes a domain may be identified at the top of the listing, or there may be other information in the fields labeled OrgName and (if available) CustName. Try to choose whatever seems to be the most specific information.
For example, if the OrgName is "AT&T Services", the CustName is "HumboldtCounty.gov", and the domain at the top is "mail.appletreeschools.com", then "Appletreeschools.com" is the most specific information.
Notes

- Where possible, check to see if the organization has a Wikipedia article about it, and if so, link to it.
- Some ISPs may have their own templates, such as {{SingNet}}. For a complete list, see Category:Shared IP header templates
