Ng'andu Peter Magande, nkhwantha ya vyachuma, wakaŵa nduna ya vya ndalama na ndondomeko ya chalo cha Zambia kufuma mu 2003 mpaka 2008.[1] Wakateŵeteranga mu Nyumba ya Malamulo ya chigaŵa cha Chilanga kufuma mu 2006 m'paka mu 2010 ndipo wakaŵa Chairman wa MMD Party Committee on Economy and Finance.[2]
